Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Timing
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times begin once the order has shipped (not from the time the order is placed).
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll be notified via email when your package ships, along with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you select. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be shown before you complete your order.
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Delays
Occasionally, carriers may experience delays beyond our control (weather, carrier volume, etc.). We’ll help wherever possible, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns & Lost Packages
Because Backpack Boyz products are perishable and regulated, we do not accept returns. If your order is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking info. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
