No Returns, No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds after a purchase is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit toward a future purchase.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us right away. We may work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking.
